To ensure that our customers have the best possible chance of succeeding with our collections, we only supply physical stores. We are unable to take on online businesses and events.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVITY POLICY?
At Envy we understand how important having brand exclusivity is, especially in small towns. To obtain exclusivity in your area we require a minimum £1000 spend per season (before VAT) and this will ensure exclusivity within a 5 mile radius of your store. For customers with multiple stores, please make us aware of all store addresses to ensure that there is not a conflict. If we are not able to supply you for all your stores, it’s crucial that Envy is only sold in the agreed areas.
If an order is not placed within a 6 month period, your area will be made available for a new account.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If any items are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returned goods will either be replaced or a credit will be issued when the first option is not applicable. We extend our returns period to a maximum of one season for faulty items returned by your customers; we do not require items to be returned by post as an image sent via email, clearly displaying the fault, will suffice. Therefore we will not credit postage for items sent back to us unless this has been discussed.
We are unable to replace items which show notable signs of tarnish and discolouration caused by perfume or sprays, and/or has any other suggestion of general wear and tear. Credit notes are only able to be used on your future orders with us, within 6 months of its issue; refunds are not available.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WITH MY ORDER?
For orders over £300 (before VAT) we will enclose complementary Envy packaging, which could include paper gift bags, voile gift bags, scarf bags and glove boxes. The packaging you receive is based on order content and size. For orders under £300, packaging can be added to your basket online.
For opening orders with us, you will receive a complementary ENVY branded acrylic block. If you’d like to purchase additional point of sale items, please get in touch with us.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
We offer standards 1-2 day delivery on orders over £300 (before VAT) to the UK, and free two day delivery to Ireland on orders over £1000 (before VAT).
DOES ENVY RETAIL ONLINE?
As more and more businesses move onto the internet, we often get asked by customers where they can buy Envy online. We understand the struggles that independent businesses on the high street are facing at the minute, and see the importance of supporting the high street.
We have no current plans to retail online, so we proudly say to customers that Envy can be found exclusively in stores. We have a Find a Stockist feature on our website where we get many enquiries everyday from customers looking to buy Envy, where we direct customers to their nearest stores.
HOW IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE?
Our jewellery is hand-crafted and design-led. Much of the jewellery is made of alloy base metal, which is all zinc, lead and cadium free. Resin pieces are made of high quality acrylic, and in each season we feature ranges made with semi-precious stones like rose quartz, howlite, agate stone, turquoise, jasper, painted glass and more.
Our wrap bracelets are a mix of real and faux leather, so please get in touch if you have questions about specific pieces.
